The whole process was very well conducted by Dezire Clinic Team – all the way through to the post-operative care discussions. No question was too much and the whole team helped whenever I needed an answer.
The facilities were clean and tidy; everything ran efficiently and smoothly. The hotel stay for two nights was OK and as expected: the best part being that it was less than a 2min walk from the clinic.
The thought of any procedure can be daunting and it’s only the professional attitude, behaviour and contactability of the team that made it work for me. I was able to speak with the team at any time directly, by phone or text.
