I am in general very satisfied with Dezire Clinic for my hair tranplantation, before My Journey to Pune i was called up by a Dezire Clinic personal coordinator and we went together through step by step the trip, time and place for the operations, etc, already at that point i felt that i was in good hands. At the arrival to the Pune an taxi where waiting for me and transported me to the hotel that Dezire Clinic also had arranged for me. At the day of the operation i was met by the Dezire Clinic translator at the reception and then we went for the conultation meeting with the doctor that was responsible for the transplantion, we went through in detail my medicine health, etc, then i had to explain what really was bothering me with my hair and what i wanted to achieve with this operation, the docor was very accomodating to my request, and i expained to me what was possible achieve, then we discuss the number of grafts to be transplanted and the location of them on the head. Once the operation started everything went really smooth. I received painkillers throughout the whole operation and didnt feel any pain at all, i got a break in half way through the operation for a meal and a drink. When finished with the operation i received instructions for the after care of the head, I also got the necessary medication home with me including painkillers, antibiotics, antiswelling, painkillers etc. The following day of the operation i went back to the clinic for removal of the bandage and we Went through in detail the aftercare of the transplants, the translator was again waiting for me when arrived to the clinic and gave me all necessary support. Also my coordinator was very supporting all the time and called me several times’ to check that everything was ok. I am very happy that i choose to perform the operation with Dezire Clinic, it a big decision to make a hair transplant, and specially abroad in a country that i was not too familier with from before, i was also a bit nervous for whole this journey, but with the support of the staff at Dezire Clinic i felt all the time that was in good hands.
