Step 2

Book a slot for procedure

You need to do an advance booking for blocking a specific date for the procedure. This date will be allocated according to the availability of the slot. You have to get the following blood test and mail or show the reports.

• Hemogram
• BT ,CT ,PT
• HIV, HBSAG
• BLOOD SUGAR

Pay your booking amount

To book your date of procedure, you have to deposit Rs 20000/ in the following account.

CHEQUE/DD/CASH

You can pay by cheque/DD also which need to be deposit 7 days in advance, payable to

DEZIRE COSMETIC AND HAIR TRANSPLANT CLINIC

Debit or Credit cards

We accept credit/debit cards also (VISA/MASTER CARD)

If you want to swipe your credit or debit card you have to pay 2% service charge extra

For international cards there is 3 % service charge

Step 3

Procedure

A reminder for your procedure will be given to you two day prior to the procedure day.

Timing for the procedure shall be told during this reminder call.

After procedure care will be briefed at the end of the procedure.

Note: In case you wish to change your date of surgery please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance
